We also offer yoga classes for children and private tuition in yoga and pilates. Please enquire at reception.
Courses are available at the following skill levels:
Level 1: an introductory level for beginners and those seeking a gentle practice, focussing on breath and body awareness and easier key postures.
Level 2: for more experienced students, level 2 classes will introduce a wider range of postures and breathing techniques, developing greater strength and flexibility.
Level 3: for experienced students, working on more challenging postures and techniques. Students must have knowledge of the most commonly practised asanas and pranayama techniques and have attended level 2 classes, or their equivalent at other centres.
Note: Pilates classes are general level classes, open to all students.
