This 6 week Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga course will introduce absolute
beginners to this inspiring and dynamic practice. Students will learn
to combine breath and movement (Vinyasa) and will be led safely
through the standing postures, breathing and relaxation.
By the end of the course, each student will have learned a sequence
of moves to practice on their own.
Michaela has been teaching students of all levels for over
12 years, has developed yoga series for television and is t
he author of “Ashtanga Yoga for Women” and
“Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners” (Gaia Books)
