Nirlipta describes this workshop in his own words below:
“This unique approach to hypnosis is based on the experience and direct feedback of working with pregnant women since 1998. If something doesn’t work for you, then I’ll give you something else that will. If that doesn’t work we’ll keep on looking until
together we find the appropriate approach that does. That is part of my job... to make sure that the hypnosis works for all of the individuals within the group. This is one of the things that distinguish my approach to hypnosis for birth: there is a lot of doing hypnosis, not just talking about it. have spent ten years working almost exclusively with pregnant women, finding what works best. means I do what works and if you want to explore the use of hypnosis for birth effectively I can guide you. By the way, I forgot to mention - it will be fun. It will also be really, really relaxing and empowering.”
Nirlipta Tuli co-founded Sitaram Partnership with his wife, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, in 1998 to specialise in family yoga and hypnotherapy. Nirlipta is both a yoga teacher and a clinical hypnotherapist, who trained at the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy and is a full member of the British Society for Clinical Hypnotherapy. He is also an associate member of the British Association of Clinical Psychotherapy and has specialist training in perinatal hypnotherapy (clinical hypnotherapy for childbirth, and for the pre and post natal period). The heart of his unique hypnotherapy practice is a specialised approach to perinatal hypnotherapy, including work with birth trauma resolution and the release of fears and anxieties around childbirth.
